We're four founders. Between us we've sold, built and launched voice AI at a Y Combinator company, and grown a cleaning company to $100k a month. Now we build the AI workforce for home service companies.
The work was never the problem. The office was.
Sam started a cleaning company at 19 and grew it to $100k a month. He hired and trained virtual assistants to answer the phones, and calls still got missed when someone was off sick or busy. Every missed call was a job that went to someone else.
Krishna saw the same thing from the inside as Head of Operations at Fixora, a same-day appliance repair company: scheduling, dispatch, customer calls, payments and follow-ups, all landing on a small office every day.
Then all four of us worked at a Y Combinator-backed voice AI company and watched AI answer the phone and take orders for restaurants. Nirmal cut customer setup there from about 25 days to 3. The office work that held Sam's company back could be done by AI, as long as someone taught it how each business really runs.

The four founders, Sam, Jonas, Nirmal and Krishna, on every company we work with, from the first call to the last build. There is no account manager in between and no handoff to a team you have not met.
No. We are a small team on purpose: we build and run your AI workforce, working with a handful of companies at a time, so you deal with the people doing the work.
We work remotely with home service companies across the US, over video calls, a shared Slack channel and access to the software you run. We learn it first, and we only change what you've approved.
You don't have to take our word for it. Your Aseado OS and first AI employee are live within 30 days, or your setup fee is refunded. Each AI employee is held to a goal you agree before it starts, and if it misses that goal in a month, you don't pay for it that month. Everything they do shows in your Aseado OS.
