    Before we build anything, we get to know your company properly: you, the office and the crews, on video calls and by phone, until we know how it really runs. All of it, along with what sits in your apps, inboxes and people's heads, ends up in your Aseado OS, with one login for you.

What do you actually do?

We build AI employees for your company and run them for you. We learn how your business works and put it into your Aseado OS, build your AI workforce, starting with your receptionist, then keep training it. It is done for you, never self-serve.

What are the three steps?

We learn your business and set up your Aseado OS, we build your AI workforce, starting with your receptionist, and we run it and improve it. The first step takes about ten days. The last one carries on for as long as you want them working.

How soon will I see something working?

Your Aseado OS and your first AI employee are live within 30 days, or your setup fee is refunded. How long each later hire takes depends on the role, and we go through that on your assessment call.

Do I have to change the software I use?

No. Your AI workforce can work in the software you already use, in tools we set up for you, or a mix of both. We decide which with you.

What if an AI employee doesn't deliver?

Each one is hired to hit one goal, agreed with you before they start. If they miss it in a month, you don't pay for them that month.

Will they do things without asking me?

Not on anything that matters. Anything that costs money, commits a crew or changes a price comes to you first, on your phone, and you approve it or you don't.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes, three months. After that, you can let any AI employee go with 30 days' notice.

What does it cost?

It depends on which AI employees we build for you and what each one does, so there is no price list. Once we know your business and what you need, we work it out with you.
